Johnson Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. former Farn Shinn Enterprise Co., Ltd. which was established in 1975, is a corporate company of Sea Chief Group.    At  the  beginning, Farn  Shinn was the stock agent of Bayer, Germany for Desmodur RF and N-75. Besides, it is also the agent of Du Pont, U.S.A. for Adiprene L-167, L-100 and curing agent for MOCA in Taiwan.    In 1982, Farn Shinn started producing shoe adhesive. Afterwards, it established a rubber glove factory in 1986. Finally in 1989, Farn Shinn started to their production based on their research of several fine chemicals.    At that time,  the  goal and investment of Farn Shinn was concentrated in Mainland China which developed rapidly.
